On December 24, 2019, LONGi and China Huaneng Group Guizhou Branch entered into a strategic cooperation agreement to further expand the development of renewable energy. Tang Xuhui, Vice President of LONGi Solar and Geng Jie, Deputy General Manager of China Huaneng Group Guizhou Branch, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
Both parties agreed on comprehensive cooperation to develop and construct new energy projects, improve the allocation of energy sources in industrial parks, and jointly operate the multi-energy complementarity projects. LONGi will supply China Huaneng Group Guizhou Branch with advanced mono-crystalline modules that delivers lower LCOE solutions.
"The Guizhou Branch is actively responding to China Huaneng Group's proposal to vigorously develop new energy and promote the large-scale and integration of new energy projects. We hope to strengthen the cooperation with LONGi and continue to deepen the cooperation space, achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation." Geng Jie, Deputy General Manager of China Huaneng Group Guizhou Branch, said at the signing ceremony.
