The board of directors of Hanergy Solar Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries as the "Group") is pleased to announce that on 12 March 2013, Hanergy Global Solar Power Group (Europe) B.V. ("Hanergy Europe"), a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a non-binding offer letter setting out the intent of the parties (the " LOI") with an independent third party as seller (the "Seller"). Pursuant to the LOI, it is proposed that the Seller may sell and Hanergy Europe shall acquire a company (the "Target Company") which owns two turn-key photovoltaic power plants in Portugal (the "Proposed Transaction"). The two power plants will be with estimated installed power of 2.2MW each, i.e. a total of 4.4MW for the two power plant projects. The Group expects to utilise advanced thin film technologies such as CIGS or amorphous silicon for the two power plant projects. -

14 March 2013 – Conergy announced today the supply of its "P-Series" modules for four UK solar farms with a combined power output of 15.3 megawatts (MW). The plants, which range in size from 2.2MW to 5.8MW, are being built by Spanish Solaer and will produce a total of around 14,000 megawatt hours of clean solar power a year – enough to power some 4,000 homes, or twice the total energy consumption of Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace. -

Suntech Responds to NYSE Inquiries Related to Unusual Trading
March 14, 2013 - Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it has been contacted by the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. regarding today's unusual trading activity relating to its American depositary shares. Management of the Company is not aware of undisclosed events that triggered such trading activity. The Company is aware of recent market rumors and third party reports regarding the Company's financial position and other matters.As reported by the Company on March 11, 2013, it has entered into a forbearance agreement (the "Agreement") with holders of over 60% of its 3% Convertible Notes (the "Notes"), for which a principal payment of US$541 million is due on March 15, 2013. The Company does not plan to make such payment and the Company's management is not aware of any pending or planned actions or claims in relation to such non-payment by the trustee or the holders of the Notes. As previously disclosed, the Company plans to continue to work with holders of the Notes with a view to achieving a consensual restructuring. -

SolarCity Powers Eight Barstow Unified School District Schools and Facilities with Solar Energy

Revolution Energy, Dynamic Energy Announce Completion of 1.6MW in Massachusetts
